1.  Data Processing Roles

FusionSuite operates as a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform. The following roles apply in the context of this Privacy Policy:


  • Customer (Data Controller): The business or organization that subscribes to and configures the Service. The Customer determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data collected through the Service.
  • FusionSuite (Data Processor): FusionSuite processes Customer Data on behalf of the Customer, in accordance with the Customer’s instructions and applicable data protection agreements.
  • End Users (Data Subjects): Individuals whose Personal Data is collected or processed through the Service, including employees, clients, or other individuals associated with the Customer.

Where FusionSuite processes Personal Data on behalf of a Customer, such processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or equivalent agreement between FusionSuite and the Customer.

2.1 Information You Actively Submit


If you create an account with us, register for a free trial, order our Services, or contact or correspond with us for business purposes, we collect personal information about you and the company or other entity you represent, including the following:

6.  Subprocessors
QA Services

FusionSuite engages trusted third party service providers ("Subprocessors") to assist in delivering the Service. These Subprocessors process Personal Data only as instructed by FusionSuite and are bound by appropriate data protection agreements. Categories of Subprocessors we engage include:


  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Infrastructure and hosting services used to store and process data securely.
  • Analytics Providers: Tools used to monitor platform performance, usage trends, and system health.
  • Communication Tools: Services used to deliver transactional emails, support communications, and in-app notifications.
  • Payment Processors: Third party providers who securely collect and process payment card information on our behalf. FusionSuite does not store full payment card details directly.

A current list of Subprocessors is available upon request. Customers will be notified of material changes to our Subprocessor list where required under applicable agreements.

For customers subject to GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection regulations, FusionSuite offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that governs our processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Customer.
The DPA sets out the subject matter, nature, purpose, and duration of the processing, as well as the obligations and rights of both parties. Customers may request a DPA by contacting us at support@fusionsuite.io.

9.  Payment and Card Details
QA Services

FusionSuite prioritizes the security and privacy of your payment information. When you subscribe to our Services and provide card details, please note that FusionSuite does not capture or store your card details directly. Payments are processed securely through trusted third party payment providers.


9.1 Subscription Process


When you subscribe to our Services, your payment details are processed securely by a third party payment gateway that complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).


9.2 Third Party Payment Gateway


We partner with reputable payment providers who collect, process, and store your card details on secure systems. FusionSuite does not have access to or store your full payment card information.
